Munich, June 2025 \u2013 Four days, thousands of visitors, and one virtual star: ExB looks back on a successful transport logistic 2025. And that\u2019s not just a figure of speech \u2013 the conversations were more concrete than ever, and the leads more qualified than ever before. Anyone who thought the world\u2019s largest logistics trade fair was only about containers, pallets, and cargo planes likely (and unfortunately!) missed our booth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The transport logistic remains the who\u2019s who of global logistics \u2013 from freight forwarders and ports to airlines and customs providers. What impressed us most this year: the number of truly great conversations. Many visitors came to see us deliberately \u2013 not by chance, but because they had read our announcements or were actively looking for an IDP provider. That confirms: anyone interested in AI-powered document processing can\u2019t overlook ExB.<\/p>

And this doesn\u2019t just apply to Germany \u2013 we spoke especially with companies from Austria and the Netherlands, as well as many decision-makers from across the entire DACH region. Most frequently represented were freight forwarders, warehouse logistics providers, TMS vendors, inland shipping companies, and customs service providers.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article>

In almost every conversation, it came down to one of these two problems:<\/p>

  • Manual document processes are consuming (too much) time and money.<\/p><\/li>

  • Skilled workers are retiring \u2013 and there are no real alternatives.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Our response: an AI solution that goes beyond simple OCR and maps the entire document workflow \u2013 from input to cross-check validation.<\/p>

    We were especially delighted by this great quote from a visitor working in marketing for another exhibitor.<\/p>

    Our live demos, the direct interaction with our virtual clerk Anna, and the clear on-site communication all made a strong impression.
