Tobias Brix

CEO

Tobias Brix specialises in scaling SaaS companies and has extensive experience in the software sector. He has been CEO of ExB since October 2024.

Christoph Becker

CTO

Christoph Becker is a Leipzig-based entrepreneur, consultant and engineer. He has been supporting the management of ExB as Chief Technology Officer since March 2020.

Anselm Engelmayer

Head of Finance and Administration

Anselm Engelmayer has completed the management team at ExB as an authorised signatory since 2012. As an experienced expert in commercial matters, he is also the contact person for data protection, compliance and purchasing in addition to financial issues.

Tim Balzer

Head of Operations

Tim Balzer is a technical manager who also likes to lend a hand. After years of experience in the games industry, he has been leading ExB’s DevOps team since January 2023.

Francisco Ferrando-Ramirez

Head of Sales

Francisco Ferrando-Ramirez is a Spanish Rhinelander with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of commerce, SaaS and digitalisation. He has been Head of Sales at ExB since January 2023.

Michael Gzuk

Head of Marketing

Michael Gzuk has been Head of Marketing at ExB since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in technology and digital companies such as Scout24 and XING, he is an expert in his field.

Franziska Lorenz

Head of User Experience & Design

Franziska Lorenz has been with ExB since 2015 and is Head of UX & Design. She is always on the lookout for ways to create simplicity from complex problems and always has the needs of the users in mind.

Olaf Miller

Head of Systems

Olaf Miller is an experienced software developer with more than 15 years of expertise and supports the management of ExB as head of the Systems department.

Falk Rehwagen

Head of Professional Services

Falk Rehwagen has been with ExB since 2011 and headed up software development as Director of Engineering until the end of 2021. Today, he is responsible for Professional Services and Customer Support.

Kirsten Schlegel

Head of People

Kirsten Schlegel has been Head of People at ExB since March 2022 and focuses on developing the People division and promoting an open corporate culture.

Gerrit Vortmeier

Head of Data and Models

Gerrit Vortmeier is an expert in the field of biomedical data modelling and joined ExB as a data curator in 2016. He has headed the Data & Models department since the beginning of 2022.
