Dr. Ramin Assadollahi
CEO and Founder
In 2000, Dr. Ramin Assadollahi founded ExB as an innovation lab for language processing software products. The computational linguist is one of the German pioneers when it comes to AI & IDP.
Christoph Becker
CTO
Christoph Becker is a Leipzig-based entrepreneur, consultant and engineer. Since March 2020, he supports the management of ExB as Chief Technology Officer.
Anselm Engelmayer
Head of Finance and Administration
Anselm Engelmayer has been a member of ExB’s management team since 2012. As an experienced expert in commercial matters, he is the contact person for data protection, compliance and purchasing in addition to financial topics.
Tim Balzer
Head of Operations
Tim Balzer is a technical manager who likes to be hands-on. After years of experience in the gaming industry, he now leads ExB’s DevOps team since January 2023.
Francisco Ferrando-Ramirez
Head of Sales
Francisco Ferrando-Ramirez is a Spanish Rhinelander with more than 25 years of experience in Commerce, SaaS and Digitalization. He has filled the position of Head of Sales at ExB since January 2023.
Michael Gzuk
Head of Marketing
Michael Gzuk has been Head of Marketing at ExB since 2022. With over 20 years of experience, among others in technology and digital companies such as Scout24 and XING, he is an expert in his industry.
Franziska Lorenz
Head of User Experience & Design
Franziska Lorenz has been with ExB since 2015 and is in charge of UX & Design. She is always looking for ways to create simplicity out of complex problems and always has the needs of the users in mind.
Olaf Miller
Head of Systems
Olaf Miller is an experienced software developer with more than 15 years of expertise and supports the management of ExB as Head of Systems.
Falk Rehwagen
Head of Professional Services
Falk Rehwagen has been with ExB since 2011 and, as Director of Engineering, was in charge of software development until the end of 2021. Today he is responsible for Professional Services and Customer Support.
Kirsten Schlegel
Head of People
Kirsten Schlegel joined ExB in March 2022 as Head of People and focuses on developing the HR department and fostering an open corporate culture.
Gerrit Vortmeier
Head of Data and Models
Gerrit Vortmeier is an expert in biomedical data modeling and started as a data curator at ExB in 2016. Since the beginning of 2022, he has headed the Data & Models department.
