Tobias Brix
CEO
Tobias Brix specialises in scaling SaaS companies and has extensive experience in the software sector. He has been CEO of ExB since October 2024.
Anselm Engelmayer
Head of Finance and Administration
Anselm Engelmayer has completed the management team at ExB as an authorised signatory since 2012. As an experienced expert in commercial matters, he is also the contact person for data protection, compliance and purchasing in addition to financial issues.
Dr. Ramin Assadollahi
Founder & Chairman of the Board
The founder of ExB is the author of numerous research papers in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and one of the inventors of ‘next-word prediction’, which can now be found in all mobile devices worldwide. Assadollahi is one of Europe’s leading AI thinkers.
Tim Balzer
Head of Engineering & DevOps
Tim Balzer is a technical manager who also likes to lend a hand. After years of experience in the games industry, he has been leading ExB’s Engineering & DevOps team since January 2023.
Falk Rehwagen
Head of Delivery
Falk Rehwagen has been with ExB since 2011 and headed up software development as Director of Engineering until the end of 2021. Today, he is responsible for Delivery.
Matthias Schenk
Head of Sales
Matthias Schenk has been working in business development in the IT, software and AI environment since 2019 and specialises in the logistics, manufacturing and automotive sectors. He has been with ExB since 2023 and acts as Head of Sales.
Holger Trittenbach
Head of Product & AI
Holger Trittenbach has over ten years of experience in developing data-intensive systems and holds a PhD in computer science. As the head of product and artificial intelligence, he leads ExB’s product strategy and AI development since November 2024.
