Implementation of ExB

At ExB, we not only provide full consulting services for your IDP project, but also implement your platform and provide related support. To do this, we analyze your specific needs, develop customized models, and then seamlessly integrate our solution into your existing systems. Very simple.

How our IDP platform works

ExB’s IDP platform consists of a series of processes that work together to create a comprehensive document processing solution. Here we explain in 6 steps how this process works.

Input

We feed our AI-based IDP software with a variety of your documents – both different document types and formats are possible.

enge zusammenarbeit

Close collaboration

We work closely with you to ensure the IDP solution meets your exact requirements – so you have full control over the outcome. And whether you choose to host it yourself or take advantage of our cloud solutions is up to you.

The more data, the better

To get the most out of ExB, we need your data: The more (diverse) data we have, the better our AI can be trained and the better the results. In general, we need about 2,000 to 3,000 documents for the implementation phase and a few hundred more for the initiation phase.

Security and data protection

At ExB, we place great emphasis on privacy and security. We are ISO27001 certified and have an anonymization module to remove personal data from training documents. We store minimal data and delete it after the project. Of course, we can arrange contract data processing and confidentiality agreements, if wanted.

ROI calculation

We help you calculate the return on investment (ROI) for your IDP project. To do this, we jointly survey various variables in your company, such as average processing time, error rates and their costs, and document volume.

The implementation process in 3 steps.

The implementation of our IDP solution is typically a three-step process that can be completed in just a few weeks. In general, the duration of such a project depends of course on several factors, including the complexity of your requirements and the quality of your data. However, we can usually provide a first iteration after the first phase and then work together to improve the quality in further iterations. Also important to know: Our IDP implementation is neither a pure plug & play solution nor just an API. It is a customized approach tailored to your specific needs. To help you understand the entire process in the best possible way, here are the 3 steps of the implementation.

Step 1: Initiation

In the first step, we identify and define your company’s specific requirements for our IDP solution. In doing so, we consider several aspects:

Modalities
What are the specific needs and requirements of your company?

Document classes
What types of documents and data should be processed: Are they invoices, contracts, customer correspondence, etc.?

Extractions per class
What specific information needs to be extracted from each type of document?

Screening of business logic
What is your existing business logic and how can we integrate it into the IDP solution?

Workshop with ExB
This initiation phase also includes a workshop to understand your company’s specific needs and expectations. The goal is to ensure that we know exactly what you need and that you know what to expect from our solution.
