A major success for ExB at NeoCargo’s Innovation Day: Our AI-powered solution for automated logistics document processing was awarded the Innovation Prize by event participants. The award was the result of a live vote by around 120 attendees, held on May 8, 2025, at the ZEISS Innovation Hub @KIT in Karlsruhe.
As part of the competition, five selected companies had just three minutes each to present their products, solutions, or business models – concise, clear, and to the point. ExB took the stage to showcase its vision for smarter, more efficient document processing. The pitch resonated: With the highest number of audience votes, ExB secured first place – and an exclusive 15-minute slot for an in-depth follow-up presentation.
The core of the pitch: One virtual caseworker, one goal – rethinking document-based processes
At the center: Anna – ExB’s virtual caseworker.
Anna is the intelligent link between document and decision. She identifies relevant information in logistics documents within seconds – regardless of layout, language, or format. She checks, compares, and validates data automatically, powered by domain-specific expertise.
Whether delivery notes, freight documents, or customs papers – Anna is ready to go from day one, cutting manual effort to a minimum. No lengthy setup, just measurable relief in daily operations.
Anna thinks ahead – and beyond.
Live demo, hands-on experience, and direct exchange
Following the pitch, ExB took the opportunity to demonstrate the solution live at its booth – right on screen, with real-world examples and a clear message: Manual document processing is a thing of the past. Visitors saw firsthand how fast and reliably the AI models perform in actual use cases – and how simple it is to get started.
A strong appearance with lasting impact
This award validates what we see in everyday projects: The demand for ready-to-use, reliable AI is high. ExB delivers the solution – purpose-built for document-heavy processes in logistics and industry.
