Anna understands documents in context, checks across documents and makes decisions. She only involves her team in specific cases where there is uncertainty.
Traditional IDP tools read fields. Anna understands content. She recognises what belongs together – such as orders, delivery notes and invoices – and compares values with your master data.
Secure cases are automatically transferred to ERP, TMS or DMS, while open issues are displayed transparently. This provides real relief from day one, without templates or training data.
How Anna works
Receive documents & data extraction
Anna receives your documents – whether scanned, by e-mail, as a PDF or from a system.
Scanned and handwritten documents can be processed by Anna without any problems.
Anna carefully reads the data from each document, extracts the relevant data and understands correlations like experienced clerks.
Check & adjust
She also checks what she reads: Anna compares the values between different documents (e.g. delivery notes, invoices or consignment notes).
Anna pays attention to quantities, amounts, addresses, references and everything else that is important in her processes.
Quality inspection & decision on further processing
Anna decides independently whether a document is complete and correct so that it can be processed automatically (straight through processing) – or whether it should be passed to a human clerk for checking (human-in-the-loop).
In the event of discrepancies that require clarification (e.g. an invoice that does not match the delivery note), Anna proactively contacts you and asks for clarification.
Straight Through Processing
Anna requires no human support and automatically transfers the checked data to your ERP, TMS or DMS system – without media discontinuity or manual intervention.
Employees are involved
If Anna is not sure about something – for example, if there are contradictory details or missing information – she informs your employees in a targeted manner.
Anna uses a web-based user interface to show exactly which documents are involved.
