From PDF to ERP
Anna processes a delivery note, compares it with the goods receipt and transfers the approved data directly to the ERP – including delivery date, article quantity and batch number. The goods receipt is booked automatically.
From e-mail to the finance department
A PDF invoice arrives by email. Anna extracts the items, tax number and IBAN, checks it against the framework agreement and automatically transfers it to the invoice receipt system for checking and approval.
